Shipping & Returns

We will ship your order within 1 business day from the receipt of the order if we receive your order before 4pm.

If your order is received after 4pm, we will ship the order in normal working hours within 2 business days.

If for any reason we cannot ship your order within this time period we will contact you immediately with details of delivery times. Where we cannot deliver your order within our time period you have the option to cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.

Please note that certain items can take longer, and delivery times depend on your physical distance from our shop. Our courier services try their best to deliver within one to three business days from receipt of order from our location however under certain circumstances delivery may take up to 14 working days, often due to distance.

Shipping is free for all orders over £100, there is a flat rate shipping charge of £10 for orders below this amount.
