Contract Formation
Under no circumstances will any contract subsist between you and Kent Car Panels & Paint Centre for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Kent Car Panels & Paint Centre accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice. Kent Car Panels & Paint Centre specialises in selling to both business consumers and private consumers and reserves the right to refuse orders it deems to be of negative impact to its business.
The order confirmation sent by the automated online shopping system is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Kent Car Panels & Paint sends the email to you (regardless of whether or not you receive that email) confirming our acceptance of your order and subsequent shipping thereof.
Goods sold shall not pass from Kent Car Panels & Paint Centre until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid. |
Credit Account ApplicationUnder no circumstances does the online shop of Kent Car Panels & Paint Centre operate a credit account system all orders that are unpaid after a period of 30 days from the order placed date are made null and void and will not be shipped. |

"Our Price" all prices shown on kentpaint.co.uk are excluding VAT, Kent Car Panel & Paint Centre place careful attention to its pricing however an item could be mis-priced inadvertently.
If an items correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, Kent Car Panels & Paint Centre shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However any such decision is open to our discretion and we might honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item so not to cause you inconvenience.

DeliveryWe will ship your order within 1 business day from the receipt of the order if we receive your order before 4pm.
If your order is received after 4pm, we will ship the order within normal working hours within 2 business days. If for any reason we cannot ship your order within this time period we will contact you immediately with details of delivery times. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.
Please note that certain items can take longer, and delivery times depend on your physical distance from our shop. Our courier services try their best to deliver within one to three business days from receipt of order from our location however under certain circumstances delivery may take up to 14 working days, often due to distance. |
